I have worked with Don over the past 15 years on many projects here at PEN Products. The projects have ranged from providing support for the Syspro ERP system we use to developing custom software for the system. One of the custom programs he developed for PEN was a license plate verification system. This was a very important to our organization to provide our customer Indiana BMV with the detail they needed to be able to track license plates before they were shipped out to the consumer. PEN is part of the Indiana Department of Correction so data security is extremely important. Don has been very instrumental in providing support in setting up computers used by offenders to limit access by offenders so they cannot add their own programs or hide data in places where a staff person cannot get to. Don has shown a very good work ethic, he is responsible, honest and conducts himself in a very professional manner. I would recommend his services to any organization.
