Don Hursh has worked in IT since 1994. He incorporated CloudFellow in August 2012 and began taking on clients in 2015, after years of running IT inside other organizations — supporting ERP systems, writing custom software, and being the person a whole company leaned on when something stopped working. That's the experience you reach when you call: someone who has run IT departments and a business, not a tier-one queue reading from a script.
The focus is Indianapolis businesses of 5 to 50 people — the offices too small to justify an in-house IT department, but far too dependent on their systems to leave them to chance. Legal and dental practices are among the longest-running clients — which is why client confidentiality, HIPAA-aware configurations, and backups that actually restore aren't afterthoughts here.
